Rainbow Sunshine is the perfect Balloon Creation for any occasion. We use bright colors with a giant 36" foil Sunshine Smiley Face on top. This arrangement lasts over a week! Please note- this Creation is over five feet tall. We use latex Balloons for the body of this Creation, therefore we can not deliver it to Hospitals. However, we can exchange the latex balloons for foil/ mylar balloons, for an additional $10 fee. If you would like certain colors, please note them at the bottom of your order form.
