• Important Information Regarding Balloon Gift Deliveries
  

  Online orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.    Same Day Service is only available by calling 916-928-3001 to place your order.
  
  We offer two time frames for Standard Delivery Service
  8am- 1pm and 12 noon- 5pm
  

  The recipients zip code will determine the delivery charge.

  Your order must include at least $40 worth of balloons ("Special Additions" gifts are not included).
  
  HOSPITAL DELIVERIES    All Hospitals in the greater Sacramento area do not allow latex balloons due to latex allergy liability issues. Please choose a Balloon Bouquet that features only mylar balloons.  Also, please confirm that the recipient is not leaving the hospital on the day of the delivery.

  SCHOOL DELIVERIES      Most schools either do not allow balloon deliveries, or only allow balloon deliveries be held for students at the front office. Please call the school office for approval before placing your order.
  

  RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES     If no one answers the door the balloons will be left with a neighbor or placed in a secure area at the residence. In these cases we will advise the recipient with a phone message.  If the recipient lives in an apartment, we will leave the balloons with the management office. 
  

  HOTEL DELIVERIES     For security reasons we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests will be left with the front desk. This information is regarding personal balloon deliveries, not balloons delivered for event decor.

  DELIVERIES TO SECURE FACILITIES     In many office buildings and other facilities with restricted access, we are usually required to leave the balloons with a receptionist or security desk. We will attempt to advise the recipient with a phone message
